Obtained from Glera grapes grown in the hills of Treviso and by accurate white winemaking and stored in stainless steel tanks at 15°C. The second fermentation to obtain the perlage is carried out in autoclave tanks at low temperatures with the addition of selected yeasts (Charmat method). The fermentation is abruptly arrested by cooling the wine to 0°C. In this stage, the sparkling Prosecco harmonizes the grape’s varietal aromas with the delicate stinging of the carbon dioxide giving a great freshness on the palate.
