Reheating guides:
For Oven:
Preheat oven to 180°C
Heat for 35 - 40 minutes. If you have a food thermometer, check that the centre of the beef is 42 - 45°C.
In the last 5 minutes, increase the temperature to 220°C for a light crust (optional)
Once ready, let it rest for ten minutes before slicing and serving
Note: Please do not microwave. Prepare a sheet of aluminium foil before reheating.
SIDES:
1. Veggies
Set the air fryer / oven to 160°C
Heat for 10–12 minutes until hot
2. Red Wine Jus
Put the gravy in a small pot
Heat on the stove over medium heat until bubbling
