Reheating guides:

For Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C

  • Heat for 35 - 40 minutes. If you have a food thermometer, check that the centre of the beef is 42 - 45°C.

  • In the last 5 minutes, increase the temperature to 220°C for a light crust (optional)

  • Once ready, let it rest for ten minutes before slicing and serving

Note: Please do not microwave. Prepare a sheet of aluminium foil before reheating.
