Reheating guides:
For Oven:
Preheat oven to 180°C
Remove the lid and cover the packaging loosely with aluminum foil
Heat for 35 - 40 minutes. If you have a food thermometer, check that the centre of the Porchetta is 60 - 65°C
Once ready, let it rest for five minutes before slicing and serving
Note: Please do not microwave. Prepare a sheet of aluminium foil before reheating.
SIDES:
1. Veggies
Set the air fryer / oven to 160°C
Heat for 10–12 minutes until hot
2. Truffle Pomme Purée
Put the purée in a small pot
If it’s too thick, add a little milk or cream and mix until smooth
3. Mushroom Gravy
Put the gravy in a small pot
Heat on the stove over medium heat until bubbling
