Yusheng:
Keep refrigerated in 0 – 4°C
Best consumed the same day
Remove the Yusheng from the fridge and let it stand for 10 – 15 minutes before tossing it
DO NOT leave at room temperature for more than 30 – 45 minutes
Keep salmon chilled until just before serving, toss well & enjoy immediately
